Paulton Hospital maternity suite

Time is Precious has funded this one off project to revamp the birthing suite at Paulton Hospital, where Ben was born.
Birthing comfort is very important.

The room was designed by a midwife to make sure we made it a home from home.

The total cost of the room was £9100

The room features new flooring, wall units, bean bag, T.V, rocking chair, a state-of-the-art fan and new furnishings.
Clinical lead midwife at Paulton, Shelia Wilkins, added: ” The new room is amazing and it makes such a difference to mums and dads”
Nurses have said the suite is “a more homely approach to the low-risk lady”.

The suite was officially opened by the charity’s patron, actor, Will Thorp who has starred in Coronation Street and Casualty.
